Two-room apartments 40/45 square metres (max 4/5 people): living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Three-room apartments 60/80 square metres (max 6 people): living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, two extra beds in the living room or in the bedrooms.
WEEKLY RATES (including VAT) for fully furnished apartments equipped with everything you need (kitchen unit with refrigerator, cookware,
crockery, cutlery, cleaning equipment, etc.). Linen not included. Rates include hot and cold water, electricity, gas, satellite TV,
safe, parking, use of the swimming pool, games and all available equipment.

TOURIST TAX:
A municipal tourist tax of Euro 2.00 per person per night must be paid for a maximum period of 10 nights (children under 14 years of age do not pay).
Rates include: consumption of water, electricity, gas, satellite TV, safe, parking, use of the swimming pool, games and all available equipment.
Extra: Bed linen and Bath linen, towels etc. Euro 15 per person and per change. Coin-operated washing machine.
Final cleaning: Type A = Euro 60 Type B= Euro 80
Deposit: 30% of the total amount by bank transfer and credit card.
