Fantastic! A family atmosphere and a beautiful location in a lovely little town with a bar and bakery, just 10 km from the sea ☺ The villa is a very beautiful house with historic charm – we stayed in the main house. The hostess is super friendly and easygoing. There's no lifeguard at the pool, so there are no strict rules; you could play ball and use air mattresses, and everyone was considerate of each other. The shower by the pool was nice and warm. There's a sea view, swings, and a beautiful garden with a playground and plenty of barbecue areas and seating. Our son was constantly playing football on the adjacent pitch. The beds were comfortable; I didn't even need my mattress topper, which I usually use. And now for the Germans' favorite word: it was clean 🙂 Beaches in Cecina Mare are affordable. Vada beach, with its turquoise water and white sand, isn't far either. ☹ The church bells ring early and very loudly – but that has nothing to do with the villa.

☺This place is amazing. It looks like mini castle and actually we were living in room next to museum. Position next to Cecina is perfect it is near to beaches you want (yeah you need car for that but on the other hand you have private place). There are swimming pools, normal and for smallest kids. Those are on a perfect place with perfect view from it, surrounded be sand stones. Garden is perfect, again you can take you your breakfast outside and you are watching see, i loved it. This allowed us to discover many beautiful places in just one week. The landscape, with its unique blend of hills, forests, mountains, and sea, deeply impressed us.
