☺This place is amazing. It looks like mini castle and actually we were living in room next to museum. Position next to Cecina is perfect it is near to beaches you want (yeah you need car for that but on the other hand you have private place). There are swimming pools, normal and for smallest kids. Those are on a perfect place with perfect view from it, surrounded be sand stones. Garden is perfect, again you can take you your breakfast outside and you are watching see, i loved it. The location was also ideal for us, close to beautiful cities like Lucca, Pisa, and Volterra (between 30 and 60 minutes away), as well as charming villages like Casale Marittimo (5 minutes) and Bolgheri (20 minutes). This allowed us to discover many beautiful places in just one week. The landscape, with its unique blend of hills, forests, mountains, and sea, deeply impressed us. We loved it and would not hesitate to book with Serena at Villa Elena again. ☺ We spent a week at Villa Elena. The location was perfect for driving from. We visited many of the smaller and larger towns in the area. Some within a short distance, such as Casale Marittimo and others a little further, such as San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena. If you need to shop to cook, it is only a 12-minute drive to Cecina, where there are great supermarkets with a wide selection. The area at Villa Elena was beautiful with flower pots and nice cozy corners where you could sit and enjoy the view out to the sea. The pool was lovely, both on relaxing days and after a long day of sightseeing, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff were nice and welcoming, and the place had a lot of history. We would definitely recommend others to visit Villa Elena. ☹ Italians are a lively and loud people, and they have a different daily rhythm than ours. Therefore, you should be aware that there may be some noise from the nearby football field.

We spent four days at the Villa Elena residence with our two-and-a-half-year-old Argentine Dogo. The fantastic thing was that the dog was welcomed like a member of the family and a guest of the residence, not like an animal to be kept away from... On the contrary!
